General information

The MudMan is back... After a five year rest, it has returned. There will be a combination of not only an off-road running race, but also an off-road duathlon - run, bike, run. Both will be a test of strength and stamina. Don't be fooled by the distances, this will hurt.

Based out in the Surrey hills at Camberley, the MudMan begins with a tough 7.5km dirty trail run. This is not a race for PB's... you will be slow.

The duathlon will follow the run for the initial 7.5k and then challenge you with a 15k mountain bike section followed by a further 7.5k run. Both the bike and run courses will be held in challenging, stoney conditions. You and your bike should be fully serviced and in tip top condition!

This is a No Frills race with the emphasis on FUN and PAIN. The event is for those that want to challenge themselves, and also for those that just want to survive.

Numbers will be limited, therefore early application is strongly recommended.

For the duathlon, helmets are compulsory, gloves and leggings are strongly recommended. Facilities are very basic, showers are not available. Expect to get very dirty and cold. Bring a change of clothes. Toilets will be available on site.

All race details, maps and timings will be provided on the website and race numbers and details will be mailed out at least two weeks before the race.
